Shipping & Stuff
ORDERING
Can be done directly with me via email and bank transfer. Or you can use the PayPal option on my website. I do not ship work until payment is cleared.
Mailing Address
Ensure your mailing address is correct when ordering. If your Lettermail order is returned to me due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the postage to re-ship it. If the error is on my part, I will notify you of the delay and reship it at no extra charge.
Confirmation
Once you place your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. I typically need 1-3 days to prepare your items for shipment. Once your order is with Canada Post, it should arrive within about 10 business days for most locations. For international shipping details, please check Canada Post’s website.
SHIPPING
Option Differences
When selecting Lettermail shipping instead of Expedited shipping at checkout, please be aware – I cannot assist with orders that are lost or were damaged in transit. I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges in these situations, but please inform me if this happens.
For more peace of mind, consider choosing the Expedited or Xpresspost shipping option at checkout.

Please note: Lettermail shipping does not include tracking or insurance. Once it has been dispatched, there is no way to locate your order. Therefore, I cannot be responsible for Lettermail orders that are lost or stolen. That said, I have used Lettermail with Canada Post for years without any issues.

RETURNS
2 Week Window
Should you wish to return or exchange your unused, unopened, and undamaged items, please contact me and send the items back within 2 weeks. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Shipping Cost » unrefundable
Note – the original shipping cost you paid is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. It’s advisable to use a trackable shipping service and add shipping insurance, especially for orders over $50, as there is no guarantee I will receive your returned items if sent via Lettermail.
Refund
Once I receive your return, I will contact you via email. If the items are in resalable condition, I will process your refund, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. This can take several business days. If the items are not in resalable condition, a restocking fee of 50% will be deducted from your refund.

Colour accuracy
I take great care to photograph my work in natural light to give you a true picture of the colours and texture. However, please be aware – colours can look very different on your screen.
